Born and raised in Carmel, IN, with his parents and older brother, Jake started his music career playing piano, then joining his school's concert band playing saxophone and percussion. He later began taking voice lessons, performing in competitive show choir, and acting in theater performances.

After graduating from Carmel High School he began studying musical theatre and is currently a senior at Ball State University in their BFA program.

In his spare time he enjoys playing guitar, cooking, and spending time with his friends and family.
